24 Agu 2016 Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) is currently preparing a ministerial regulation on benefit sharing and genetic resources protection in Indonesia.
10 Agu 2016 Ministry of Environment and Forestry targeted revised Conservation Law draft will be finalized by the end of this month.
16 Mar 2016 Genetic resources is becoming a major issue at Natural Resources and Ecosystem Conservation bill which is included in the 2016 National Legislation Program (Prolegnas). The bill will replace the 1990 Law on Natural Resources Conservation and Its Ecosystem.
